Teenager scores title at the European Club Cup in Serbia

The She Plays To Win Lionesses team of 4 girls participated in the 28th European Women’s Club Cup in Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia, from 20-26th October 2024.

The team was seeded 16th of 18th teams, and finished in 16th place. All games were hard fought and most games were 3-5 hours long.

Congratulations to Alannah, who secured the Woman Candidate Master (WCM) title in the event with her score of 3.5 points from 7 games. This included a 5 hour win on her 13th birthday!

Well done to the team: Trisha, Zoe, Ruqayyah and Alannah.
